Power is supplied by a carbureted ATK 350ci V8 crate engine, which is paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The truck was refinished and the interior was redone during the refurbishment, which also involved the installation of updated suspension components, front disc brakes, a 12-bolt rear end, and 20″ Detroit Steel wheels.
The body was repainted in seafoam green with a white roof during the build.
Staggered-width 20″ Detroit Steel wheels are fitted with General G-max tires measuring 245/45 in front and 275/40 at the rear. Drop springs, power steering, and power-assisted front disc brakes are featured.
The 350ci V8 Stage 3 crate engine was supplied by ATK High Performance Engines and replaces the factory inline-six. The engine features a Weiand Speed Warrior aluminum intake manifold, a Quick Fuel 680cfm carburetor, a Holley fuel pump, an HEI distributor, and exhaust headers connected to a custom dual exhaust. The oil was changed less than 350 miles ago.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a 700R4 four-speed automatic overdrive transmission and a 12-bolt rear end. Additional photos showing the suspension, chassis, and wood bed are presented in the gallery.
